This is Early Access software

C9X PRO is in active development. It does what the offer page shows — it was built for a working lighting company and is used on real jobs — but it is early. Features will change. You will find rough edges. If you need finished, unchanging software, wait for the public launch.

How your trial works, and what it costs

C9X PRO starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin it, and no payment details are collected. You get the whole product for 14 days.

The trial does not convert into a paid subscription. At the end of the 14 days it simply ends: nothing is charged, there is nothing to cancel, and we hold no card to charge even if we wanted to. Access to the application pauses at that point, and stays paused until you deliberately subscribe.

Your work is not deleted when a trial ends. Your projects, photographs, designs, price book and customer records are kept as you left them — what pauses is access to the product, not the storage of your work — and subscribing restores your access to all of it.

What is included

One company account for C9X PRO: photo-based measurement, lighting design, estimating against your own price book, customer proposals, and crew work orders. Support is by email at support@c9xpro.com, from the people who built it.

Not included: training beyond onboarding, custom development, guaranteed response times, and any integration not already live in the product. CRM integrations are on the roadmap and are not promised on a date.

What subscribing commits you to

Subscribing is a deliberate act: you enter your payment details and authorize the charge. Nothing about the trial does this on your behalf, and neither does accepting the Terms of Service inside the application; a trial that is left alone lapses, it does not buy anything.

What you are authorising is a recurring subscription on the interval you chose. A monthly plan renews every month on the anniversary of your first payment; an annual plan renews every year on it. Either is charged to the card you subscribed with unless you cancel before that renewal date.

You cancel from inside C9X PRO, in the billing settings of your own account, which open Stripe's customer portal — the same place your invoices and payment method live. You do not have to email anybody or wait for us to action it.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end the period you are already in: your access continues through the month or the year you have paid for, and the subscription simply does not renew at the end of it.

We will not change your rate at a renewal without telling you before it is taken.

What it costs

C9X PRO is $69 per month, or $499 per year. The annual plan works out cheaper by $329 over twelve months; both carry exactly the same product.

One company, one subscription, the whole product. There is no per-seat pricing and no feature tier, and nothing is held back on either interval.

You choose the interval at checkout, after the trial, and the price is on the checkout page before you pay it. You can switch interval later from the billing settings in your own account.

We will not change your rate at a renewal without telling you before it is taken.

Ending it

A trial needs no canceling — it ends by itself, takes no payment, and does not become a subscription. A paid subscription is the opposite: it continues until you stop it. Cancel at any time and the next renewal does not happen, whether that renewal was a month or a year away; it does not refund the period you are in, and your access continues to the end of the term you paid for.

Payments are non-refundable once taken, whether monthly or annual, except where a refund is required by law. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We can end an account for non-payment or misuse. If we discontinue C9X PRO entirely, we will refund the unused portion of your paid term.
